دارنده این گواهینامه تسلط کافی بر طراحی شبکه های VoIP ، راه اندازی تجهیزات زایکو برای سناریو های مختلف و نگهداری و پشتیبانی آن را دارد.

این دوره عموما به صورت کمپ به دلیل همپوشانی مباحث عملی و تئوری با دوره ZCSP برگزار می گردد.
